CAMP EVENTS
Participation offerings are the most important criteria that Burning Man considers when approving and placing a Theme Camp. Between our structures and these organized events, we’ve raised the bar enough to merit additional space and a great location on the Playa. We continue to build on our successes in the past, including our parties and our Cock-Glamming service. But we’re also stepping up to create new type of events and interactive art projects that are adding new dimensions to what our group can do on and off the Playa.
Here’s a run down of our main participation events for 2016.
NOTE: All GlamCocks are asked to do two shifts to support these events during the week. The shift schedule is HERE.
Morning Coffee Disco Party
Get your morning started right with a nice big shot of GLAM in your coffee! Coffee served at the bar with some vintage wake up music on the dance floor.
Tuesday, 10am – noon ★ 90s Throwback!
Wednesday, 10am – noon ★ 80s New Wave!
Thursday, 10am – noon ★ 70s Disco!
The Glampire Strikes Back
The Glampire has returned to the playa to battle the Rebel Fierceness on the dance floor, with an epic gathering of galactic glowbots and glamdroids. May the Glam be with you!

Da Vinci’s You Better WERKshop Cabaret & WERK of Art
Celebrate the Creativity, Uniqueness, Nerve and Talent of our sister Da Vinci with an evening of special performances at the queer cabaret. Featuring our resident queens Courtney Act, Willam, and Alaska Thunderfuck. You better WERK!
Immediately after the cabaret, the space will transform into a gallery of a dance floor to show off all your favorite looks in the theme of art. Paint it, sculpt it, pound it, or wear it – the art in THIS gallery is you!

BAAAHS Art Tour & Squirt Beach Party
Load your water guns and prepare for the return of the hottest and wettest beach party on the playa. Sunshine beats, wet speedos, and drenching Squirt-gun battles will keep this beach party hot and steamy all afternoon.
At Noon, board the BAAAHS Bus from camp and spend 2 hours touring the playa with our very own DJ Cat Denton.
At 2pm BAAAHS will arrive at camp to start the party, featuring Bootie BRC 2016: Black Rock City's mashup party rocking the party for the very first time at GlamCocks!
In addition to these events, there will be several workshops for Yoga, discussion, meditation, cock glamming, and more! Please refer to the events board on Playa for specific information.
